Michael Walsh Michael has a substantial track record of achievement in strategy and organisational development, especially that involving the application of commercial and contractual disciplines to public service in both central and local government. He is very experienced in sourcing and procurement, including the design, evaluation, commercial negotiation and management of large public sector bids – on behalf of both public sector clients, and private sector companies bidding into the public sector. He has been appointed as a Senior Adviser on the OGC External Resources Framework. Michael formerly held senior management roles in both public and private sector organisations, including Sema Group, PA Consulting Group, and the Crown Agents. He has been a consultant specialising in the UK public sector for more than 20 years. He also has a part-time diplomatic appointment, as Honorary Consul at London for the Republic of Kiribati. |
